Independent Mediation of Workplace Misconduct Complaints

Complaints of discrimination and wrongful termination can often be managed – with less time, money, publicity and damage to the employer/employee relationship – through third-party mediation. Such complaints often involve discrimination, harassment, retaliation and whistleblowing.

Mediation is a voluntary process in which employees and employers agree to hire a neutral, third party to help them deal with their issues and reach a mutually acceptable outcome — without court intervention. Both sides agree to work with a mediator selected from a list of qualified individuals.
